Matrix Analysis using Octave Workshop

The TLC at IIT Hyderabad conducted a workshop titled 'Matrix Analysis through Octave' on April 16, 2016 at, Anurag Group of Institutions Ghatkesar. The workshop was conducted for the faculty of the Mathematics department. Ms. KB Archana, Sr. Asst. Professor, ECE Department, VNR VJIET, HYDERABAD, assisted the IIT H TLC in conducting the workshop. Dr. G V V Sharma lead the IIT H TLC team.

Ms. Archana had attended a similar workshop conducted at IIT Hyderabad on April 9, 2016 and was requested to assist with the workshop on April 16, 2016.

This is a unique feature of the IIT H TLC, where teachers who are trained in a workshop are assisting in similar workshops conducted elsewhere. This is likely to bring more confidence among the teachers as well as enhance their knowledge skills. Live feedback can also be provided to the teachers on their soft skills when they are conducting the workshop. Each teacher is expected to assist in at least 3-4 workshops conducted by the TLC.
